Conducted a survey on the viability of solar home systems for a fishing community in Jigawa state. The result of the survey was positive and the project to electrify over 100 homes and businesses which is financed by the Bank of Industry in partnership with the Jigawa State government is currently undergoing implementation.
Conducted a research on the economiccs of locally assembling solar streetlights in Nigeria compared to importing fully produced solar street lights. The results of the study informed the decision to build the first solar powered Solar Assembling Plant and Renewable Energy Training Academy in Kaduna Industrial Layout which officially commissioned in April 2018, by the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El Rufia in company of the Ooni of Ife and the former President Tanzania, Dr Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete. The facility fabricates and assembles a wide range of solar solutions including solar powered ssolar dryers, solar kiosks, solar powered traffic lights, minigrids power hubs, .
Conducted an energy needs assessment in the Kakuri Industrial Layout. The study highlights an energy need 2MW particularly for micro, small, medium scale enterprises and businesses that operate in the layout.
